Step 1
Create a new document and save it in your local disk drive. In my case I set the width and height to 550×324 pixels. Set the background color to #f0f0f0 and go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise, set the amount to 1.3%, selects Uniform for Distribution. In tools section select Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) set the Radius to 30px and the foreground color to #4b8dd1, then drag it to the document to create a button, it will also create a new layer and name it to “button”.

Right Click the layer and select Blending Options then select Stroke Option and set the size to ’1′; Blend Mode to ‘Multiply’; Opacity to ’100%’; Color to #477fb9

Step 3
After setting the stroke, select the Gradient Overlay Option and set the Blend Mode to ‘Overlay’; Opacity to ’32%’; Click the Gradient and the Gradient Editor appears, Double Click the Color Stop and set the color to #ffffff, then select the Opacity Stop on the top right portion and set the Opacity to ’0′ then Click OK; Angle to ‘-90 degrees’;

Once you are done setting the Gradient Overlay Option, Select the Inner Shadow Option set the Blend Mode to ‘Overlay’; Color Shadow to #ffffff; Opacity to ’47%’; Angles to ’90 degrees‘; Distance to ’1′ and Size to ’0′.

You’re almost done Good Job!
, Select the Drop Shadow Option and set the Blend Mode to ‘Multiply’; Angle to ’90 degrees’; Distance to ’2′ and Size to ’2′ then click OK. Finally, in Tools section, select the Horizontal Type Tool and type ‘Press Me’ or any text you like and set the Color to #285379. Right Click the Text Layer and select Blending Options > Drop Shadow Option then set Blend Mode to ‘Normal’; Opacity to ’33%’Angle to ’90 degrees’; Distance to ’1′ then click OK.

Add a text ‘Press Me’

Right Click the new text layer, Blending Options appers.
